Can I put water in it?
Yes, it is finished for fresh stems. Empty and dry it between arrangements and the surface stays exactly as it arrived.
Why does the finish look uneven?
That is the wabi sabi character. Small variations in the glaze and the form are deliberate, and they are what make handmade ceramics worth owning.
Does it work without flowers?
Completely. Empty on a shelf it reads as a small ceramic object in its own right.
How do I clean it?
