Return Policy
If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Changed your mind?
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Please email us first at lumierecreater@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.
- Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Damaged, faulty or not as described?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't pay any return shipping.
Your rights
This policy is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
