Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

United States: standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more, which covers every item in our store. Any other shipping options available for your address are shown, with their price, at checkout.

Outside the United States: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. The countries we currently ship to are listed at checkout.

Delivery time

Please allow 10–20 business days from placing your order to delivery in the United States. International delivery times vary by destination and can be longer.

Your order is shipped directly to you from our partner warehouses. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow our Track Order page. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at lumierecreater@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our Return Policy for details.
