Natural materials such as stone, ceramic, wood, and woven materials may have variations in colour, texture, pattern, and finish. Colours may also appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
These natural and photographic variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected during checkout.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances such as an item becoming unavailable, an obvious pricing error, or another legitimate issue affecting fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
An order is accepted when it is dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy.
For US orders, our current estimated delivery timeframe is 10–20 business days.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages, particularly where products are fulfilled from different partner warehouses.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
In general, change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
