These terms apply when you browse or buy from Olive & Ash (this website). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and photos

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Some images are styled room scenes that show scale and mood. Natural stone, ceramics, wood and woven materials vary from piece to piece, and colours can look different on different screens, so your item may differ slightly from the photos.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

Orders

Your order is accepted when it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Use of products

Please follow any instructions supplied with your item, especially for lamps and electrical products, candle warmers and wall-mounted pieces.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
